Great service. We have been using Bell for years now. They replaced our old central AC system in our house and have been servicing it ever since. This year (6 years later) we had some issues with the system, nothing having to do with the install. Just parts that wore out, clogged condenser line, etc. A few different things that needed to be troubleshooted and fixed. The level of service from the technicians that came out was amazing. It took a couple of trips to our house to solve for everything that was going on. But all throughout the process they were responsive I was able to reach someone. Even after hours I was able to talk with an on-call tech and we were able to do some troubleshooting. Then the technician who was out at the house earlier that day actually called me that night as well to talk about what was occurring. In the end everything is back up and running smooth. These guys actually care and it shows. Would highly recommend them for any HVAC work.

I had BELL install my Carrier unit in 2013 and the guys did an outstanding job. In fact, my entire family have used BELL for new HVAC systems and their work is top notch. I don't write many reviews but wanted to share my experience with my recent service visit. My AC unit was not getting the house cold and I already had the unit charged up the previous year. After speaking with the service manager a leak test was recommended. OMAIR, the service technician arrived the day of my appointment (on-time) and within 20 minutes diagnosed the problem as a leaking evaporator coil. The good news is Carrier has a 10 year warranty on this part and OMAIR was able to submit my model # to get a replacement part ordered. OMAIR was very professional and a master HVAC technician. Part 2 : After Chris installed a new Carrier coil, my unit works great. Chris was professional, courteous and is a very skilled HVAC tech.

The ducts were in considerably worse shape than had originally been thought and required unanticipated repairs before they could be cleaned. Phil showed me pictures of what he'd found, described some of the more serious problems, and then tackled and fixed each one. Additionally and on his own initiative, he fixed a chronic problem with the way air flow was routed to the second floor -- a problem so serious that, according to a well-known HVAC company I'd consulted years ago, it could only be resolved by "tearing down the condo and rebuilding it". He even volunteered to fix a minor problem that had nothing to do with the job he was here to do. I couldn't be happier with Phil's thoroughness, professionalism, can-do attitude, and with the way he went the extra mile to get the job done right!
