A Note from Bell Mechanical

The health and wellness of our customers, employees and families is our #1 priority. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing a clean, safe and welcoming experience with Bell HVAC, we are taking extra pre-cautions during this time of heightened awareness.

All of our trucks are stocked with disinfecting wipes, cleaning supplies and latex gloves to ensure that every service person is able to disinfect and clean any high-traffic surface in their trucks as well as their tools. We want you to be confident that when a Bell serviceman comes into your home, the only thing they are bringing with them is big smiles and excellent service.

    “I called Bell to do a maintenance check on my two Unique A/C units and my Mr. Slim (a dual A/C & heating unit) for a separate room...as well as to figure out why my upstairs A/C unit was blowing warm/cool air. I must say Ethan was the best employee I have come in contact with ANY HVAC company; I have used Bell only once before and was pleased. Ethan explained to me step by step how my units operate, what he was doing, how to better maintain them as well as what to avoid so all systems work more efficiently.     “Bell had installed a Bosch heat pump / AC on 9/24/2021. it didn't sync to my furnace ( for the lack of pushing a button, that was it). so on Monday Bell sent out Chris, Ari and Demetri. They fixed the issue in a matter of minutes but also stayed to run the whole system through it's paces. They also took the time to explain all about the heat pump and what the expectations should be. They are patient, competent, courteous and professional. They are a real asset to their company. Thank you gentleman.”
