“Phil and his crew from Bell just finished spending 2 long days fixing & cleaning the air ducts in my condo. They did a fantastic job! The ducts were in considerably worse shape than had originally been thought and required unanticipated repairs before they could be cleaned. Phil showed me pictures of what he'd found, described some of the more serious problems, and then tackled and fixed each one. Additionally and on his own initiative, he fixed a chronic problem with the way air flow was routed to the second floor -- a problem so serious that, according to a well-known HVAC company I'd consulted years ago, it could only be resolved by "tearing down the condo and rebuilding it". He even volunteered to fix a minor problem that had nothing to do with the job he was here to do. I couldn't be happier with Phil's thoroughness, professionalism, can-do attitude, and with the way he went the extra mile to get the job done right!”
