Bell is lucky to have Steve B.
"He knew what repair was needed and suggested a surge protector to prevent another power surge to the control panel. Bradford White overnighted the control panel to Bell. Unfortunately, the service department claimed the part was not in their possession, so we continued without hot water. After we confirmed with Bradford White that the part was shipped and received by Bell, they sent another tech, as Steve B was not available. The tech swapped out the control panel and installed a surge protector. 3 hours later, we had error codes on the panel and no hot water. Bell sent Steve B out 2 days later, and he was able to fix the problem."
