“I want to take a moment to commend technician Ethan for his efforts to repair our furnace that has been periodically malfunctioning for almost a year. He arrived late in the afternoon on a Monday and spent almost an hour and a half diagnosing the cause of the repeated shutdowns of the burner and apparently was able to resolve the issue (as the furnace has been cycling properly since then).
